I just would like to say am trying to…
I just would like to say am trying to edit my review I got email today to say Evri as know got my parcel to be delivered just awaiting a delivery date
Daisy must of tracked it for me so just awaiting for delivery
I am disappointed as in the past I never had a problem with this company as always recived the goods day after I just found it strange plus a lot of this problem as be caused by fed ex the currier to Evri

My parcel seams to be lost asked for a refund but can’t get till parcels been returned but if it doesn’t get to me don’t see how they get it back very disappointed as been a good customer to this company so I think I should get my money back it not my fault they used a unreliable company to deliver so no goods and no money back not very happy frank

Open packages on delivery no care or regard for customers upset will also resell used toys
What can I say the title says it all

But my partner order a rather large sextoy from this company it did arrive that is not the problem

The issue is it arrived open the box was secured with 1 piece of box tape and had opened my neighbours saw the toy so did my post man to say they don't look at me or my partner the same is an understatement

We emailed the company expressing our upset at the situation telling them this must be made right it took them I believe 3 days to respond to us and we had to send 3 follow up emails to get that response we wanted our money back we did not want to use there services again

So instead of trying to make this right they offered us a £30 voucher to use on there site like we don't want to use your services again why would we so you could show our neighbours more of our sex life's with another delivery?

We then asked them for a full refund that's what we wanted and that would of set things right

Almost caught out (again by a company in insolvency)
I have been considering purchasing a sex machine for some time, and what with all the other stresses going on was building a shopping basket full of bargains, when I noticed there was no mention of warranties on the site. I went through the whole site and there were other discrepancies that made me suspicious.

A quick search at Companies House showed that the business Director was replaced earlier this year by AB Business Recovery (Ibinsolvency.co.uk) meaning any items sold to me at these wonderfully cheap prices were done so under insolvency laws, which although I can find proposals for change in 2020 to protect the consumer better, I cannot see any evidence to show the proposals were passed and so could be entering into a situation that would potentially leave me grossly out of pocket.

I am glad I was observant before entering into the quagmire that comes about when a company ceases to trade!

Absolutely brilliant service
Absolutely brilliant service. I had an issue with one of my products (through no fault of the company) and Daisy went above and beyond to rectify the problem. You can tell the company cares a lot about their customers and it is reflected through their high quality customer service. The products are great too. I won’t be shopping anywhere else for them. Just came on to.....
Say its been 2 years since i bought my Willy Wa*ka Pro MK2 i bought it on 23 Oct 2020 and it still going strong lasting longer then most £1500 pound PC's i have bought best machine for its price i payed i think it was 309 or 319 something like that and its still worth the money any day of the week thanks guys :D have a good day.

the most worth company I ever worked with, if you are outside uk you are at least paying a 30 percent more, apart from all the paperworks, passport, what is it.... etc. a nightmare, they are not telling you about the adicinal cost, only about their benefit, don't order anything with them

If I could of given more stars I would have. The first item came damaged so I emailed them to ask what the procedure was for returning the item. I got a response really quick saying how sorry this happened and could I send a picture of the problem. Picture sent and the response was we’ll get a replacement sent. So absolutely outstanding service. The other thing to mention is the huge range of toys is fantastic.

Brilliant Service
I have been buying from this company for a number of years and recently purchased a second machine. However my trusty XL Blue Ball (do not know why it is called this) showed a little wear and needed a bit of TLC. Daisy was amazing. I sent an email which was answered in less than 12 hours, and my weary part was no longer available, but the engineer found something similar that would replace this part at no cost. What was even more amazing was that it was in my post box from start of my email to in my hands in less than 48 hours. Excellent service. Keep this up.

Blue balls xl review
Received the product in good time, unfortunately there was damage in transit. The customer support has been amazing, issued both a refund and a spare part at my request to fix the product myself. The product is amazing and look forward to using it again, would highly recommend both the product and the company!

Not good customer service
I have been a long time customer, and their customer service has always been great.
However after my most recent order which I placed Christmas eve and received just before New year, I had an issue with a defective item.
I've emailed them 2 times, the last time been on the 11th Jan but had no response. Since the first e mail I sent I have received 3 e mails reminding me to review Kreated, but I wanted to wait to see how they could/would resolve my issue.
I'm giving this 1 star review solely based on the customer service(or lack of) rather than products sold

I had some concern about the Blue Balls…
I had some concern about the Blue Balls XL 2.0 machine I ordered. Since the sales person answered quickly to my first email (thanks), the later ones get no answer. Yes, I didn't agree with the pseudoscience "arguments" from the maker of the machine but you should answer me and try to find a solution about the problem. I paid a lot for a machine which was advertised as powerful (1/2 HP) but the real power is 10x less! Please assume your responsibilities, I'm a customer who want to get what he paid for...

First of all, Ups didn't do delivery and my packet was sent back (not my fault). I tried send messages to shop and first I got nice answer that they check what is wrong but I didn't hear anything anymore after that. I sent couple more messages but nothing. Now I don't have product and I lost my money!

Motor to weak
The mane problem is the motor is not strong enough. It is to weak even for a simple penetration. The only good part is the body. Other then that the motor must be changed (min. 2 times stronger). The speed is ok. It would be nice to include a universal attachment for dildos. The only good part is the machine body.
